My blog is now part of the Fediverse

Using the ActivityPub plugin for WordPress, this blog is now part of the Fediverse!

What does that mean?

• the Fediverse (Fedi) is like Twitter/X but anybody can run their own server and communicate with the rest of the network
• It’s not owned by one entity or right-wing asshole
• When I post something here, like this post, it is shared to the Fedi where other people can see it
• If they comment on the post in the Fedi, that comment will come back here and show up in the comments
• You can also follow this blog by following chris@bkstrm.net
